Precast dike walls supported by A-leg braces and sleepers, with bolted connections typically at the wall joints.
This system is ideal for large or small projects (industrial or farm/municipal.) The use of a precast slab (sleeper) as a base and a bolted A-leg brace provides sturdy encasement for a wide variety of shapes. Once the structural elements are in place, the liner is attached to the dike wall at heights based on the projects needs. The surrounding land is then typically backfilled depending on the size of the walls and design of the brace.
All elements used in this system are unique to the project specifications. Wall height and thickness, wall encasement steel, brace, liner heights, and any mechanical windows can all be optimized to fit your construction goals.
